The all-new property, consisting of at least 95 rooms and suites, is set to open in Q3 2020. The David Kempinski Tel Aviv will be the first Kempinski hotel in Israël. The hotel is prominently located on Hayarkon Street, the vibrant beach promenade in the heart of the city. 20 more hotels are planned by 2022 under the strategic partnership with 12.18. Investment Management GmbH. The expansion plan includes the San Carlos Hotel, the first hotel of Kempinski in the American Metropolis. Originally built in 1927, the property is located in Manhattan’s central and fashionable Midtown East, close to the Rockefeller Center and the Museum of Modern Art, and goes through a total refurbishment before re-opening as The 7Pines Kempinski Manhattan by 2021.
