Kempinski Hotel Tbilisi Georgia – 95 rooms (Opening 2020)
The all-new property, consisting of at least 95 rooms and suites, is set to open in Q3 2020. Generosity is at the very core of this property’s design, since the hotel offers the largest guest rooms in the city – minimum 40 sq m – and luxuriously spacious suites. To make the most of the spectacular views, guests are able to venture onto the exclusive rooftop terrace, or quietly take in their surroundings from the comfort of their own private terrace, which accompanies half of all rooms. The David Kempinski Tel Aviv – 250 rooms (Opening 2020)
The David Kempinski Tel Aviv will be the first Kempinski hotel in Israël. The hotel is prominently located on Hayarkon Street, the vibrant beach promenade in the heart of the city. The 32-storey hotel features 250 rooms including 56 suites with a stunning view of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. One of the major highlights is the David Suite which offers 250 sq m of ultimate luxury spreading over three floors including two bedrooms, a living-room, a private pool and a fitness room. Guests at The David Kempinski Tel Aviv enjoy a large selection of culinary
outlets including a cigar and whisky bar, the Joppa restaurant delivering the best of the Mediterranean cuisine and a roof bar located on the 32nd floor. 7 Pines Kempinski Manhattan, New York, USA – 147 rooms (Opening 2021)
20 more hotels are planned by 2022 under the strategic partnership with 12.18. Investment Management GmbH. The expansion plan includes the San Carlos Hotel, the first hotel of Kempinski in the American Metropolis. Originally built in 1927, the property is located in Manhattan’s central and fashionable Midtown East, close to the Rockefeller Center and the Museum of Modern Art, and goes through a total refurbishment before re-opening as The 7Pines Kempinski Manhattan by 2021.

Kempinski Hotel Brazzaville, Republic of Congo – 178 rooms (Opening 2021)
The Kempinski Hotel Brazzaville in the Republic of Congo is a mixed-use development. The hotel features 178 rooms in a prime location on the Congo River, offering pleasant views over the water and the surrounding tropical landscape. Located close to the central business district, Kempinski Hotel Brazzaville caters to this market with facilities including a ballroom and various meeting rooms.
